藤沢市平和無防備条例ニュースＮＯ．５(2004-12-06)

■１２月４日、５日　街頭宣伝スタート　両日、のべ１６人参加いただきました。
　強風の中で、署名を始めましたが、チラシの受け取りはまずまずで、両日(各４Ｈ)で、約２８００枚を配布することが出来ました。街頭で、新しく、受任者１０人になって頂きました。
　「平和な街づくりの運動です。」「戦争に協力しないための条例です。」「無防備地域宣言で、いのちと暮らしが守られます。」など、短いフレーズで、宣伝しました。道行く子どもたちも、チラシを持ち帰ってくれたり、「これは、ぜひ成功させてほしい。」と励ましを受けたり、手ごたえがありました。チラシ配布ははじめてという方にも、駆けつけて頂きました。

■１２月１９日（日）　「枚方無防備運動を学ぶ交流会」
　枚方市では、９月に無防備条例の直接請求を行い、規定数の３倍２万以上の署名を集めました。藤沢とほぼ同じ人口です。署名が始まって、受任者の数が３００名からどんどん増えていったこと、街頭での署名、宣伝の工夫、どうやって楽しくやったのかなど、いろんな面で参考になるお話です。やってよかったことなどの感想などもお聞きします。枚方の実際上の話を聞いて藤沢でも活用しましょう。

●各戸チラシ入れ　年内７万配布のためにご協力お願いします。
　チラシ配布は、多くの人手が必要です。チラシ配布用ブロック地図、チラシ、配布ガイドを用意していますので、配布していただける方は、事務所または事務局員にご一報ください。
